Formed in 1989 by Stephen Prince, due to a need to use common sense on projects and business initiatives, where resources are centrally managed, projects are integrated into a corporate programme of works and where each project is run like a business (time frames, budget and Return on Investment) not just a template or form filled in.
As a result of our approach our clients have been many and varied, we have run programmes in excess of $500 million, restructured global organisations with excess of 1500 staff, set up new businesses or initiatives and finally performed project and programme audits on several government organisations.
